Cherub? Cupid? Love? What do you think?
Ode to Cherub.
My little Cherub is smiling,
My little heart is pounding,
Her Giggles resound in my mind,
There, my Cherub I like to find.
Reverberating till the core of me,
Deep, down into the soul of me.
Little Cherub’s eyes pierce my eyes,
The connection of our souls is afire,
A delicate burning deep inside,
Sates my body, I cannot hide, as
My senses are soothed by her essence;
Feelings mesmerized in this state of quiescence.
In the kaleidoscope of love and dreams,
Little Cherub is there with her wings,
Free to move across these skies,
An unfound love for my Cherub lies.
Into the realm of the souls,
I follow my Cherub…there she goes!!!
Her little arrow, got me plumb,
In the heart, and then some,
She patters about so graciously,
I watch her movements, they set me free.
She doesn’t know what she does to me…
Enmeshed with my soul, my Cherub be.
